(Dan Tri) – At the request of coach Erik Ten Hag, Man Utd has `banned` 4 reporters from major British media agencies from attending the press conference before the match with Chelsea on December 7.

Sky Sports’ head of sports, Kaveh Solhekhol, Manchester Evening News journalist Samuel Luckhurst, The Mirror journalist David McDonnell and ESPN journalist Rob Dawson were banned from attending the meeting by the Old Trafford team.

The reason why the four journalists mentioned above were `banned` by Man Utd was because they spread the information that 50% of the stars in the `Red Devils` dressing room no longer supported coach Ten Hag after embarrassing losses.

`Today we are taking action against several news organizations. We are doing so not in response to stories being published that we don’t like, but in response to their need to contact us first.`

Man Utd also did not mention that the `banning` of journalists would only take effect in the match against Chelsea or could last longer.

Notably, at the press conference before the match with the Blues, coach Ten Hag also spoke up about rumors about disunity within the club.

`I always listen to my players and I always give them the opportunity to speak. If the players have a different opinion, of course I will listen,` the Dutch strategist affirmed.

`But currently, no one has expressed disagreement with me. The whole team just talked about how they want to play proactively, dynamically, enthusiastically, that’s what they want. You can see the players support me.`

Do you think we could have scored the goals we did against Everton if the players hadn’t accepted my tactics?

For example, you can see the comeback against Brentford (2-1 win), Burnley match (1-0 win), Fulham match (1-0 win).

Referring to journalists spreading information inside the locker room, Coach Ten Hag said: `Not in the locker room. Of course there are many rumors about the strategic review being carried out.

Man Utd is on a journey, a roadmap, we know we are still in transition but we are on the right track.

After 14 rounds, coach Ten Hag’s team is currently ranked 7th in the Premier League after a 0-1 defeat to Newcastle last weekend.

In the Champions League, Man Utd is at the bottom of the table as they prepare to enter the final round.
